The Duke Chainmail kit contains the design prepared onto 100% linen, quality threads and needle.  Comprehensive instructions are included with a Stitching Guide and Chainmail Guide.  Online tutorials are also available.

This design contains two sizes of chainmail for the border and the Duke’s armour.  The links are supplied with the kit and in separate bags clearly marked.  Thread for chainmail placement is supplied with golden thread for aspects of the design.  A Colour Chart is supplied with all colour variations distinguished clearly through colour, symbol and a written section of extra hints.  The final design size is 33 cm (width) x 30 cm (height).

The stitch is completed in an 11th Century stitch and the chainmail weave was a popular weave in Medieval Europe.
