Welcome to the wonderful world of medieval embroidery!  Two medieval stitching techniques are offered through the kits:  11th century Bayeux Stitch and 12-13th century Opus Anglicanum.

All kits come complete with materials required to complete the design with ongoing personal support if required.  All designs are based upon historical sources ranging from embroideries, illuminated manuscripts and stonework.  Careful attention has been paid to historical sources in use of colour and in the case of the Bayeux Tapestry as a source, to the direction the stitching lays in.
