Hello!

I immerse my life in medieval embroidery and the wonderful natural world that living in Tasmania makes possible.

I have loved all things medieval since I was a young girl.  I would often pour over medieval tapestries and manuscripts, exploring their awesome detail through a magnifying glass.  The Bayeux Tapestry has been a particular favourite, with its details of feasting, horses, hunting birds and hounds and the tantalising glimpses of daily life.  I am passionate about sharing medieval stitching techniques.
